Located minutes away from Jakarta’s lifestyle district of Senayan, SAV/OR OF PAKUBUWONO is an all day dining restaurant in the neighbourhood of Pakubuwono with 70 pax seating capacity where the space is bathed with natural lighting. Designed in a minimalist and rustic ambience, this simplicity of interior allows guest to transform and decorate the venue into a design or purpose that they desire. The venue includes an open kitchen, an iconic outdoor smoking lounge, a centre table for buffet, a semi-private dining area and two unisex toilets. From buffet style to a la carte, SAV/OR ‘s Italian cuisine is appropriate for events and functions. SAV/OR’s in-house concierge also organise everything from sound system set up, projector, screen until special arrangements such as birthday messages or party decorations.

Our restaurant was just recently opened in February, yet in just 5 months since our opening we have been selected by @now_jakarta as their TOP 10 “BEST RESTAURANT BAR & CAFE AWARDS” in the Best Italian Restaurant category! In February 2019, Chef Bastian pioneered SAV/OR OF PAKUBUWONO, a restaurant with the concept of “AFFORDABLE LUXURY” . – An international dining concept inspired by Chef Bastian Muntu ’s time living & cooking in Dubai, Angola, The Caribbean, Bali & Japan.
